<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN IDLLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93-.1.7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATIER OF <br />THE 1993 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Revised Feasibility Report presented at <br />the March 8, 1993, City Council meeting, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been scheduled for Apri112, 1993, to solicit public input; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement.
