<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93-l2.. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE REVISED FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />AND ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATIER OF THE <br />1993 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 92-76 has been <br />prepared with reference to the 1993 Pavement Maintenance Improvement and was <br />received by the City on January 25, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, additional funds have been made available for the Project and streets have been <br />added to the Feasibility Study as discussed at the February 16, 1993, City <br />Council worksession; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Revised Feasibility Report has been prepared and was received by the City on <br />March 8, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Revised Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is <br />. feasible; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The City Council will consider the 1993 Pavement Maintenance Improvement as <br />described in the Revised Feasibility Report and the assessment of the properties abutting <br />this proposed improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total cost for the improvement of <br />$269,800. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed improvement on <br />the 12th day of April, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at Arden Hills City Hall. <br /> <br />3.
