<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 14 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1993 <br />SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY RATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has added Sections 28 - 162 thru 28 - 172 to the Code of Ordinances, <br />establishing a surface water management utility, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the revised code requires the City Council to establish by resolution, from time to <br />time, the rates to be charged for the Surface Water Management Utility; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />I.
