PROBST <br />TO FILL COUNCIL VACANCY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills city Council, due <br />to the resignation of an elected Councilmember; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received letters of application of <br />qualified persons interested in serving in this capacity; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council desires to fill the vacancy by <br />appointment of an Arden Hills resident; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council hereby appoints <br />DENNIS P. PROBST ,to serve as Councilmember of the city <br />of Arden Hills, until the next City Election held on the first <br />Tuesday, after the first Monday in November, 1994. <br /> <br />PASSED AND <br />HILLS THIS <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O~THE CIT,Y OF <br />22ND DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1993.
