<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-08' <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE APPLICATION FOR A <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) BY NORTHWEST <br />YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES (NYFS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, NYFS has provided essential developmental services for <br />the youth and families of Arden Hills since 1976, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, NYFS has provides these services to the residents of <br />Arden Hills regardless of the ability to pay, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the unique partnership between NYFS and its ten Ramsey <br />County member cities has resulted in the ability to provide an <br />essential community service that none of the cities could provide <br />individually. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the city <br />of Arden Hills enthusiastically supports the award of a 1993 CDBG <br />to NYFS. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 8TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1993. <br /> <br />'''';i'T, ,,,(1 "f,,,' <br />,~, "fJl'"'''' <br />.....
