<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES <br />AND LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, section 13-24 of the Arden Hills Code <br />provides that permit/license fees and insurance requirements be <br />established from time to time by resolution adopted by the city <br />Council, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee, after careful <br />consideration, has recommended changes in the present fee schedule, <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the Finance <br />Committee staff recommendations and determined at it's regular <br />meeting of December 14, 1992 that sign license fees, drive-thru <br />restaurant fee, retail sales license fee should be increased, <br />Render Plant license fee be deleted, and Utility permit fees be <br />included in resolution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following <br />fees and liability insurance requirements are hereby established: <br /> <br />Alcoholic Beveraqes <br />On Sale (Bond - $5.000) <br />1,999 sq. ft, or less <br />2,000 to 2,999 sq, ft. <br />3,000 to 3,999 sq. ft, <br />4,000 sq, ft. or more <br /> <br />$3,300 <br />4,400 <br />5,500 <br />6,600 <br /> <br />Sunday <br />Off Sale (Bond - $3,000) <br />Club <br /> <br />200 <br />150 <br />300 <br /> <br />Investiqative Fee <br />Liquor License Applicants <br />Charitable Gambling Applicants <br /> <br />Wine (On sale) - <br />1/2 of On Sale Liquor License Fee or <br />whichever is less, <br /> <br />100 <br />100 <br /> <br />2,000 <br /> <br />Malt Beveraqes <br />On Sale <br />Off Sale <br /> <br />120 <br />40 <br /> <br />Amusement Facilitv 100 <br />Includes arcade, dance hall, movie theater, <br />pool/billiard tables, indoor tennis, skating <br />facility, outdoor tennis, driving range, etc. <br />
