<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92- 53 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the Arden Place Drainage improvement was held before <br />the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two weeks published <br />notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility report was received and a public hearing was held on October 28, <br />1991, June 29 and July 27, 1992 for said project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered both the Feasibility Report and those matters <br />presented at the public hearings by those persons desiring to be heard on the matter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement.
