GREEN <br />FOR SERVICE TO THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Frank Green was appointed by <br />councii as Arden Hills' Treasurer on August 10, 1987, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in his years as Treasurer, Frank <br />has enhanced the financial condition of the City by <br />improving the performance of the investment portfolio and by <br />instituting a formal investment policy, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the pursuit of these, and other <br />objectives, he has worked with city Staff and the Finance <br />Committee and contributed his judgement and expertise <br />regarding other financial matters, and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the <br />Arden Hills City Council, on behalf of Council, staff and <br />all the citizens of Arden Hills, express their sincere <br />gratitude and appreciation for these years of service, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council <br />extends its best wishes to Frank and his family in their <br />relocation to Texas. <br /> <br />Adopted by the <br />27th day of July, 1992. <br /> <br />Arden Hills City Council this <br /> <br /> <br />rL i?U ~ <br /> <br />Thomas R.
