<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />R1lMSEY COUNl'Y <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N). 92-46 <br /> <br />RESOImION 1\/..U!irl'IN3 THE Bm <br />IN THE MM'TER OF THE 1992 STREET <br />CXlW IN-PLllCE lUXlYCLING IMPROYEMENl'S <br /> <br />WHEREl\S , <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolutions 92-38 and 92-40, COJTpetitive bids were <br />solicited and received for the 1992 street Cold In-Place Recycling <br />I1nprovements as set f=th in the bid tabJlation attached hereto <br />and inc=porated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREl\S , <br /> <br />the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the <br />responsibility of the bidders and determined that Ashbach <br />Construction Co. is the lowest responsible bidder; <br /> <br />NJW, '1HI!lU:JOClRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota : <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The May= and Acting Clerk Administrator are authorized and directed to <br />execute, on behalf of the City, such =ntract with ASHBACH <br />CONSTRUCl'ION (Xl. as is approved by the city Attorney for the <br />CClIll'letion of the 1992 street Cold In-Place Recycling I1nprovements <br />according the approved plans and specifications designated in Resolution <br />Nos. 92-38 and 92-40. <br /> <br />2.
