<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92- 37 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1992 ROUND LAKE ROAD WEST IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the 1992 Round Lake Road West Improvement was held <br />before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters <br />presented at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1.
