<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92- 36 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> <br />EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE ' <br />1992 KEITHSON AREA STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council Resolution, competitive bids were solicited and received <br />for the 1992 Keithson Area Storm Sewer improvement as set forth in the bid <br />tabulation attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of the <br />bidders and determined that Machtemes Construction, Inc. is the lowest responsible <br />bidder; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />The Mayor and the Acting Clerk-Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on <br />behalf of the City, such contract with Machtemes Construction, Inc. as is approved by the <br />City Attorney for the completion of the 1992 Keithson Area Storm Sewer improvement <br />according to the approved plans and specifications. <br /> <br />2.
