<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT <br />FOR CLEVELAND AVENUE LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-89-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city of <br />Arden Hills on April 24, 1989, Lametti & Sons, Hugo, MN, has <br />satisfactorily completed the Cleveland Avenue Lift station <br />Improvement No. SS-W-89-1 in accordance with such contract. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Arden Hills city council <br />that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator are <br />hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on <br />such contract in the amount of $9,661.62 taking the contractor's <br />receipt in full. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY <br />THIS 11TH DAY OF MAY, 1992. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OF/THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />,I .4 ,"~ <br />i ,7 "',, II <br />;1f~ &fE~'Li~// ,. <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />
