<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESillA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - 34 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1992 ROUND LAKE ROAD WEST IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 92-16 has been prepared <br />with reference to the 1992 Round Lake Road West Improvement and was received <br />by the City on April 13, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is feasible; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report was received at the April 13, 1992 City Council meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, preparation of plans and specifications was ordered by Resolution 92-26 at the April <br />13, 1992 City Council meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />The City Council will consider the 1992 Round Lake Road West Improvement as described <br />in the Feasibility Report and the assessment of the property abutting this proposed <br />improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total cost for the improvement of $97,900. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed improvement on the <br />8th of June, 1992, at'1:00 o'clock in the p.m. at the Arden Hills City Hall. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />3.
