<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF 1\RDEN HILI8 <br />R1lMSEY COUNl'Y, MINNE:SCJm <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NJ. 92-17 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PRECINCT llClUNI:lMUES <br /> <br />WHEREl\S, pursuant to Minnesota statutes 204B.14 SUlxlivision 3, the city must <br />establishing precinct boundaries within 60 days after the adoption of the <br />state Legislative Redistricting Plan, and <br /> <br />WHEREl\S, the City of Arden Hills is 1tiholly contained within Legislative <br />District 53A. <br /> <br />HJW, 'I'HEREFam, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of Arden Hills establishes <br />precinct boundaries shown on the attached official map and described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Precinct 1: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Sault st. Marie Railroad Tracks and <br />Lexington Avenue thence southerly to County Road D, thence extending westerly <br />through Lake Josepune to the intersection of Glenhill Road and Trunk Highway <br />51 (Snelling Avenue), thence northerly along Snelling Avenue (Old Highway 10), <br />to the intersection of Old Highway 10 and the Sault st. Marie Railroad Tracks, <br />thence easterly to the point beginning. <br /> <br />Precinct 2: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Old Highway 10 and the Sault st. Marie <br />Railroad Tracks, thence southerly along Old Highway 10 (Snelling Avenue) to <br />the intersection of Glenhill Road and Snelling Avenue thence westerly along a <br />line through Northwestern College connecting with County Road D to the <br />intersection of County Road D and Cleveland Avenue, thence northerly along <br />Cleveland Avenue to stowe Avenue, thence easterly to the intersection of stowe <br />Avenue and New Brighton Road, thence northerly to the intersection of New <br />Brighton Road and the Sault st. Marie Railroad Tracks to the point of <br />beginning . <br /> <br />Precinct 3: <br />Beginning at the intersection of I-694 and Lexington Avenue, thence the <br />southerly to the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Sault st. Marie Railroad <br />Tracks, thence westerly to the intersection of the Sault st. Marie Railroad <br />Tracks and Cleveland Avenue, thence northerly along a line parallel with I-35W <br />to I -694, thence easterly along I -694 to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Precinct 4: <br />Beginning at the intersection of County Road I and Lexington Avenue, thence <br />southerly to the intersection of the Sault st.
