<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATION IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE 1992 PARK AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Parks Committee has determined that the City should <br />consider improving certain park property by trail paving and <br />ballfield improvements at the following site: <br /> <br />o Cummings/Floral Trail Paving <br />o Perry Park Regrading #3 and #4 <br />o Valentine Drainage <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the report presented by the <br />City Parks Director at the February 10, 1992 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The 1992 Park and Trail Improvement is hereby ordered as recommended by <br />the City Parks Director. <br /> <br />2. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project <br />Engineer for this improvement.
