<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RFSOLUTlON 92-13 <br /> <br />A RFSOLUTlON ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1992 KEITHSON AREA HOLDING PONDS AND <br />STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 92-05 has been prepared <br />with reference to the 1992 Keithson Area Holding Pond and Storm Sewer <br />Improvements and was received by the City on February 10, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is feasible; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Council will consider the 1992 Keithson Area Holding Pond and Storm Sewer <br />Improvements as described in the Feasibility Report and the assessment of the property <br />abutting this proposed improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total cost for the improvement <br />of $38,100. <br /> <br />A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed improvement on the <br />9th day of March, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock in the p.m. at Arden Hills City Hall. <br /> <br />3.
