MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92 - 12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />AND APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE 1992 KEITHSON AREA <br />HOLDING POND AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 92 - <br />05 has been prepared with reference to the 1992 Keithson Area <br />Holding Pond and Storm Sewer Improvements and was received by the <br />City on February 10, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement <br />is feasible; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Project Engineer, Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. has <br />prepared plans and specificatons for said improvement, which plans <br />and specifications have been reviewed by the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The City Council will consider the 1992 Keithson Area Holding Pond and <br />Storm Sewer Improvements as described in the Feasibility Report. <br /> <br />2.
