<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING mE IMPROVEMENT IN <br />THE MATTER OF THE <br />1992 TILLER LANE STREET RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the 1991 Tiller Lane Street Reconstruction improvement <br />was held before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two <br />weeks published notice of the hearing was given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters <br />presented at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The 1992 Tiller Lane Street Reconstruction improvement is hereby ordered as <br />recommended in the Feasibility Report dated November 18, 1992. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of February, 1992. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br /> <br />It (', i i:' <br />I /~J,,~ i/<( ~ '.__./-..... :i L\'il/t,( <br /> <br />Thomas A.
