<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING PERMIT FEES FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER <br />CITY ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills has <br />determined that permit fees shall be established by Resolution <br />adopted by the city council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has studied average costs to the <br />City to process applications and compared charges in neighboring <br />cities, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 87-30 is <br />repealed, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the permit fees shall be established <br />as follows: <br /> <br />PERMIT <br />Preliminary Plat <br />Final Plat <br />Lot split/Minor Subdivision <br />Rezoning/Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment <br />Variance <br />Special Use Permit/Amended <br />Special Use Permit <br />Planned unit Development <br />site Plan Review <br />Vacation of Easement <br />Apportionment of Assessments <br /> <br /> FEE <br />$250.00 + $20.00 per lot <br />Included in Fee for prel.
