<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-74 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1992 COMPENSATION PLAN <br />FOR NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council has studied the current employee <br />compensation practices; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the attached compensation plan is the result of <br />Council discussion and appears to meet existing market <br />standards and comparable worth requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a 3 percent increase has been budgeted for annual <br />salary increase, and the compensation plan meets the <br />budgeted amount for 1992; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the <br />City of Arden Hills that the attached compensation Plan be <br />adopted. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUN <br />HILLS THIS 30TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 19 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN <br /> <br /> <br />Thomas R.
