<br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota was <br /> <br />duly held at City Hall in said City on Monday, November 3~ <br /> <br />1991, at <br /> <br />7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following Council Members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas R. Sather, Councilmember JoAnn Growe, Councilmember Paul <br />Malone, Councilmember Dale Hicks, and Councilmember Thomas Mahowald <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />Paul Malone <br /> <br />then introduced <br /> <br />and, the reading in full thereof having been waived, moved the <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />adoption of the following written resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91 67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A <br />MUNICIPAL HOUSING PROGRAM AND AMENDMENT <br />TO HOUSING PLAN TO PROVIDE FINANCING AND <br />REFINANCING FOR A SENIOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT <br />AND THE ISSUANCE BY THE CITY OF <br />REVENUE BONDS THEREFOR ON BEHALF OF <br />THE PRESBYTERIAN HOMES OF MINNESOTA, INC. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution was duly seconded by Council member <br /> <br />Thomas Mahowald <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken thereon the fOllowing voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
