MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91-64 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATION IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE 1992 TILLER LANE RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a pUblic hearing relating to the 1992 Tiller Lane Reconstruction <br />improvement has been scheduled for the 10th day of February <br />19 92. and <br />-' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project <br />Engineer for this improvement.
