<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91 - 62 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE 1992 TILLER LANE STREET RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City has determined that it should consider improving certain <br />property by reconstructing Tiller Lane from Lexington Avenue to <br />Hamline Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility study in order <br />to consider making the improvement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />This matter shall be referred to Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. who <br />is requested to provide to the City Council a report advising, in a <br />preliminary way, whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br />whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 15th day of October, 1991. <br /> <br />/ /J <br />/ /;/// / . <br />-/;f j/ ( . 1/ <br />/ 1;1 ^ 1~;1 I' '\ / M Iv{/!/. <br />i r"'1I'fJtl,/',' "J:<I,I/;/ I' <br />Tom Sather, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ 12 8~ <br />Gary B rger, City Clerk <br />
