MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91 - 57 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and <br />those matters presented at the September 30, 1991 City Council <br />meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project <br />Engineer for this improvement.
