<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-55 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO AUTHORIZATION <br />TO EXECUTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is eligible to continue as an entitlement <br />County and receive an annual allocation (CDBG) dollars in excess <br />of One Million Dollars. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, This money is used to undertake housing and community <br />development activities benefiting the residents of Ramsey County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is requesting that the City of Arden Hills <br />sign a Cooperative Agreement with the County to insure its <br />eligibili ty. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arden Hills has executed this Agreement in 1985 and <br />1988. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, let it be resolved that the city of Arden Hills <br />authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the <br />attached Cooperative Agreement. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills Council the <br />1991. <br /> <br />/5 day of ~ , <br /> <br />-rI~ t4di-/ <br /> <br />Thomas R.
