<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91 - 44 <br /> <br />A R ESO LUTI ON <br />RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />NORTH SNELLING AVENUE <br /> <br />S.A.P. 187-106-01 from Trunk Highway No. 96 to 8riarknoll Drive in the City <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 24th day of June, 1991, by the City of <br />Arden Hills in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall <br />hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 106 (N. <br />Snelling Avenue) from Trunk Highway NO. 96 to Briarknoll Drive. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking <br />on both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a <br />Municioal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon <br />certain parking restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the east <br />side of MSAS 106 (N.
