<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City <br />Council hereby: <br /> <br />1. Vacates the drainage and utility easements located on <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Northwoods which were dedicated as part <br />of the plat of Northwoods excepting from this vacation <br />that certain drainage and utility easement located over, <br />under and across the West 15.0 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Northwoods which shall remain in full force and effect; <br />and <br /> <br />2. Vacates the drainage and utility easements located on <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Northwoods which were dedicated as part <br />of the plat of Northwoods; and <br /> <br />3.
