MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91 - 11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1991 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a public hearing relating to the 1991 Pavement Maintenance <br />Improvement was held before the Arden Hills City Council after ten <br />days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing <br />was given; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and <br />those matters presented at the public hearing by those persons <br />desiring to be heard on the matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The 1991 Pavement Maintenance Improvement is hereby ordered as <br />recommended in the Feasibility Report dated February 6, 1991. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 25th day of March, 1991. <br /> <br />-;L ~- <br /> <br />Thomas Sather, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />iL'r,12 <br />Gary Be ger, <br /> <br />13 ~/v9fA <br />City C1 erk/Admini strator <br />
