<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-20 <br />DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES AND CORPORATION AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at a meeting of the City Council of Arden <br />Hills duly called and held March 25, 1991, the following <br />resolution was adopted: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A. and the Firstar <br />Roseville Bank shall be the official depositories for all funds <br />of the City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 1991; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall from time <br />to time, ascertain that adequate security as required by the laws <br />of the State of Minnesota, is furnished by such depositories to <br />protect the city's deposited funds against financial loss; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on <br />Norwest Bank, Minnesota, N.A. and the Firstar Roseville Bank, <br />hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by three of the <br />following officers: <br /> <br /> Thomas R. Sather or Paul Malone <br /> Mayor Acting Mayor <br /> Gary R. Berger or Catherine J, Iago <br /> Clerk Administrator Deputy Clerk <br />. Frank C. Green or Tammy W. Swanson <br /> Treasurer Deputy Treasurer <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Administrator is authorized <br />to use a signature stamp at such time as it becomes necessary for <br />Mayor Thomas R. Sather or Frank C. Green, Treasurer. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said banks are hereby authorized <br />and directed to honor and pay any checks so drawn as above set <br />forth, whether or not such checks be payable to the order of one <br />of the foregoing persons either in his individual or official <br />capacity or deposited to his individual credit, and whether or <br />not such signatures are followed by the title or office of the <br />person signing. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills <br />1991. <br /> <br /> <br />25th day of March, <br /> <br />By <br />Thomas R.
