<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91-19 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE 1991 NORTH SNELLING AVENUE STREET RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. a public hearing is scheduled for the Snelling Avenue improvement <br />on April 29, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Snelling Avenue is a Municipal State Aid route requiring six to <br />eight weeks for Mn/DOT review. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project <br />Engineer for this improvement.
