<br />. <br /> <br />STATE O~ MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-17 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 1'HE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S. 462.355 the Arden Hills Planning Commission <br />held a public hearing on December 5, 1990, to consider changes to the <br />Arden Hills Comprehensive Plan relating to the implementation of <br />zoning ordinance amendments and rezoning of the Lexington/Fox Business <br />Area.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 11, 1990, the Arden Hills City Council approved the <br />proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan subject to review by the <br />MetropOlitan Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 1, 1990, the Arden Hills Planning Commission held <br />a public information meeting and invited ell pl"Operty mmers intl1e <br />study area to attend the presentation and discussi,on of the changes <br />to the Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WH8REI,S, on OctOber 9, 1990 the Arden Hill8 City Council ,')dopted <br />Ordinance No. 273, imposing a interim development moratorium for the <br />Lexington/Fox Business Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 24, 1990 the Metropolitan Council reviewed and <br />recommended approval of the City's proposed change to its Comprehen- <br />sive Plan, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE EE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills Comprehensive Plan, <br />which\~as adopted on June 14, 1982, is hereby revised by including the <br />Planning study for the Lexington/Fox Business Area dated June, 1990 <br />and Study Revisions, as outlined in the Planning Memorandum dated <br />August 13, 1990. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this //~day of '111..,4,'<.<j,./, <br />1991. <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />C':;[~Dfi;t <br /> <br />Thomas R.
