<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-16 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR 1991 PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined that it should consider <br />improving certain park property by resurfacing existing tennis/ <br />hard courts, construction of additional tennis courts in Ingerson <br />Park, construction of bike/walking trails, and hard surface in <br />Cummings, Floral and Hazelnut Park to connect with the existing <br />trail system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility <br />study in order to consider making the proposed 1991 park <br />improvements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council: <br /> <br />This matter shall be referred to Maier Stewart and <br />Associates, Inc., who is requested to provide to the City <br />Council a report advising, in a preliminary way, whether the <br />proposed improvements are feasible and whether the <br />improvements should thus be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the <br />improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills city Council this 11th day of March, <br />1991. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CIT::;lOF DEN HILLS <br /> <br />l-tfil <br />By / ~ , <br />Thomas R.
