<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 91 - 14 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT. <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1991 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE <br />IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 91 - <br />10 has been prepared with reference to the 1991 Pavement <br />Maintenance improvement and was received by the City on February <br />n, 1991: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibil ity Report recommends that the proposed improvement <br />is feasible; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The City Council will consider the 1991 Pavement Maintenance <br />improvement as described in the Feasibility Report and the assessment <br />of the property abutting this proposed improvement for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />429 at an estimated total cost for the improvement of $225,200. <br /> <br />2. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc, is hereby designated as Project <br />Engineer for this improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making Of the improvements and <br />the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> <br />3. A pUblic hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed <br />improvement on the 25th day of March, 1991. at 7:30 o'clock p.m, at <br />Arden Hills City Hall. <br /> <br />4.
