<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91--n2 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br />HAMLINE AVENUE FROM U.S. HIGHWAY 96 <br />TO THE NORTH 2.0 MILES TO WEST COUNTY ROAD I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota that the <br />road hereafter described as M.S.A.S. 102. should be revoked as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota laws; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota. that the road described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Hamline Avenue from U.S. Highway 96 to the north 2.0 miles to West <br />County Road I CM.S.A.S. 102) be, and hereby is, revoked as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street of Arden Hills, Minnesota, subject to <br />the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the City Clerk of Arden Hills, Minnesota is <br />hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of <br />this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this ~ day of January . 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />~M~. <br /> <br />Thomas Sather, Mayor <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ 12 ,q~ <br />Gary Be er.
