<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91-~ <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota that the roads <br />hereafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets <br />under the provisions of Minnesota laws; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED. by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />that the roads described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />North Snelling Avenue from U.S. Highway 96 southerly to the extension <br />of Park Shore Drive across U.S. Highway 10. Park Shore Drive from North <br />Snelling Avenue westerly to Round Lake Road West and, Round Lake Road <br />West from Park Shore Drive northerly to U.S. Highway 96, be, and hereby <br />are established, located and designated Municipal State Aid Streets of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of Arden Hills, Minnesota is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration, <br />and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion <br />thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Arden Hills to be numbered <br />and known as Municipal State Aid Street Numbers <br />and <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 28 day of <br /> <br />January , 1991. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />;:&~c,1!Y- <br /> <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Ga~g~, ~iX-rk/Administrator <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the above <br />passed. adopted and approved by <br />~ day of January <br /> <br />is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly <br />the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota on the <br />, 1991. <br /> <br />(S EAU <br /> <br />
