<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91 - ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE NORTH (OLD) SNELLING AVENUE <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT OF 1991 <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />the City has determined that it ShDUld cDnsider improving certain <br />property by the reconstruction of North Snelling Avenue from U.S. <br />Highway 96 southerly tD the south end near BriarknDll Circle (the <br />improvement); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />CDuncil must first secure a preliminary feasibility study in order <br />to consider making the imprDvement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Df the City of Arden <br />Hills, MinnesDta: <br /> <br />This matter shall be referred tD Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. who <br />is requested to provide to the City Council a report advising, in a <br />preliminary way, whether the prDposed imprDvement is feasible and <br />whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed or in <br />cDnnectiDn with some Dther improvement and the estimated cost of the <br />imprDvement as recDmmended. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 28 <br /> <br />, 19~ <br /> <br />day Df <br /> <br />January <br /> <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~8 <br />Gary Be er, City lerk/Administrator <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota <br />
