<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 05 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING SOLID WASTE SEPARATION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Office of Waste Management provides grant <br />programs for solid waste separation projects and that the city of <br />Arden Hills approves the submission of a proposal to the Office <br />of Waste Management's Solid Waste Separation Grant Program to <br />assist in the funding of a solid waste separation program. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills city Council <br />pledges to implement the proposed project and provide the <br />necessary financing and exercise the governmental powers <br />necessary to develop and operate the proposed projects, providing <br />the proposal receives grant assistance. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City council this 14TH day of January, <br />1991. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />m:;{;EN ~ <br /> <br />By IiA ~ <br />Thomas R.
