<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Norwest Bank st. Paul, N.A. and the Firstar <br />Roseville Bank are depositories in which funds of the city of <br />Arden Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with <br />respect thereto is presently in effect authorizing the deposit <br />and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement <br />said corporate resolution with the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, <br /> <br />1. Anyone of the following persons: <br /> <br />Frank C. Green, Treasurer <br />Paul L. Malone, Deputy Treasurer <br />Gary R. Berger, Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions <br />by telephone to the NORWEST BANK ST. PAUL, N.A., or to the <br />FIRSTAR ROSEVILLE BANK to transfer funds on deposit with the <br />bank: <br /> <br />a. to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br /> <br />b. to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> <br />2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions <br />received by it from anyone who represents himself to be any of <br />the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembles the <br />voice of such person. <br /> <br />3. The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to <br />honor telephone instructions and to insist upon written <br />instructions signed by anyone of the persons named in paragraph <br />1 of this resolution. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 2nd day of January, <br />1991. <br /> <br />CIT~L <br />::TY OF DENRt;L- <br /> <br />Thomas R.
