<br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR DELINQUENT UTILITIES <br /> <br />~I'Esthe amount to be specially assessed for DF.T.TNQIlF.NT <br />has been duly calculated in accordance with <br />the provisions of the city Code and Minnesota Statutes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notices have been duly mailed as required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said proposed assessments have at all times since their <br />filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity has <br />been given to all interested persons to present objections, if <br />any, to the proposed assessments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no oral or written objections received. <br /> <br />1. The amounts so calculated and set forth in said notices are <br />hereby levied against the respective parcels of land <br />described therein; and <br /> <br />2. The proposed assessments are hereby adopted and confirmed as <br />special assessments for each of said parcels of land and the <br />assessments together with an additional penalty of eight <br />percent (8%) of the original unpaid amount, inclusive of any <br />previous delinquency penalty, shall be a lien concurrent with <br />general taxes upon such parcel. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city Administrator be authorized <br />and directed to transmit to the county Auditor a certified <br />duplicate of the assessment roll to be extended upon the proper <br />tax lists of the County, and the County Auditor shall collect <br />said special assessments with taxes levied in 19~ payable in <br />19 91 <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills city Council this ~ day of OCTOBER <br />19 qO <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />::T7i:'"IlIL- <br /> <br />Thomas R.
