<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S. 462.355 the Arden Hills Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing on November 2, 1988 to consider <br />changes to the Arden Hills Comprehensive Plan relating to the <br />implementation of a Gateway Business District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 14, 1988, the Arden Hills City Council <br />approved the proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan subject <br />to review by the Metropolitan Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 29, 1990, the Arden Hills City Council held a <br />second public hearing in order to further review proposed changes <br />to its Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 26, 1990 <br />recommended approval of <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />the Metropolitan Council reviewed and <br />the City's proposed change to its <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills Comprehensive <br />Plan, which was adopted on June 14, 1982, is hereby revised by <br />including the Planning Study for Northeast I-694/I-35W and the <br />Traffic Impact Study dated April 24, 1990. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this <br />September 1990. <br /> <br />10th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />CITY <br />CITY <br /> <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />D:~ <br /> <br />By <br />Thomas R.
