ST-89-2 OAK AVENUE <br />DOCUIRING CDSTS 'IO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENI' ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Illg:lrovement No. sr-89-2 (Oak Avenue) relates to the <br />invrovement of Oak Avenue and adjacent areas by installation of storm sewer <br />utilities, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a =ntract has been let and approved by Arden Hills on May <br />8, 1989, in the amount of $11,715.00 and other expenses incurred or to be <br />incurred by the city in the making of said invrovement in the amount of <br />$12,403.20, so that the total =st of the :i:nq:lrovement will be $24,118.20, and of <br />this cost the City will pay 50%. <br /> <br />NCMT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City CounCil of the city of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $12,059.10. <br /> <br />2. The Clerk Administrator, together with the assistance of the City <br />Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially <br />assessed for such work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land <br />within the invrovement affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by <br />law. He shall file a =flY of the proposed assessment roll in his for public <br />inspection. The Clerk Administrat= may arrange for the assistance of the Data <br />Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed <br />assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. 'Ihe Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and for their <br />setting on an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />4.
