<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1990 PAY SCHEDULE FOR CITY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, comparable worth is a mandated State law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is required to be in compliance <br />with this mandated law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the attached compensation plan is a step toward meeting <br />the requirements of the comparable worth law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a set amount of money has been budgeted for annual <br />salary increases and the compensation plan as outlined in the <br />salary report meets the budgeted amount for 1990. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City <br />Council that the attached compensation plan be adopted, with <br />salary increases retroactive to January 1, 1990. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 9th day of July, <br />1990. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY <br />CITY <br /> <br />HILLS <br /> <br />r, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Gar~ !g!/fuy <br /> <br />Administrator <br />
