<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />90-27 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HTLLS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING BY SUBSTITUTION THE NORTH SUBURBAN CABLE <br />COMMISSION JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION <br />OF A CABLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of ARDEN HILLS (hereinafter <br />"city") is an existing member of the North Suburban <br />Cable Commission (hereinafter "Commission"); and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has recommended amendments to <br />the Joint and Cooperative Agreement For The Administra- <br />tion Of A Cable Communications System (hereinafter <br />"Agreement") relating to the delegation from City to <br />Commission, of the community programming function in <br />the North Suburban area, and further relating to <br />procedures and requirements for City's right of <br />withdrawal from the Commission on or after the date of <br />renewal of the Cable Communications Franchise Or- <br />dinance, and further relating to procedures and <br />policies upon dissolution of the Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the <br />interest- to <br />Commission; <br /> <br />City <br />amend <br /> <br />believes it to <br />the Agreement as <br /> <br />be in its best <br />recommended by <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />ci ty of ARDEN HILLS rescinds the existing <br />Agreement and adopts by substitution that amended Joint <br />and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration of a <br />Cable Communication System attached hereto as Exhibit A <br />and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The above-listed resolution was moved by Council Member <br /> <br />H;:In~p.n <br /> <br />and duly seconded by Council Member <br /> <br />Growe <br /> <br />The following Council Members voted in the affirmative: <br /> <br />Hansen, Growe, Sather & Mahowald <br /> <br />. <br />
