<br />Channel (now carried on Channel 66), the Special Needs <br /> <br />Access Channel (now carried on Channel 68), the Independent <br /> <br />School District #62l Channel (now carried on Channel 67), <br />the Independent School District #623 Channel (now carried on <br />Channel 64), the Library Channel (now carried on Channel 53) <br />and the Public Access Channel - Narrow Cast (now carried on <br />Channel 69). The Company is still bound by Article III, <br />section 5 of the Franchise which requires that whenever any <br />of the access channels required by state law is in use <br />during 80 percent of the weekdays, for 80 percent of the <br />time during any consecutive three hour period for six weeks <br />running, and there is demand for use of an additional <br />channel for the same purpose, the Company shall provide a <br />newly designated access channel for the same purpose at no <br />additional cost to the subscribers. The Commission and its <br />Member cities shall have complete and unrestricted access to <br /> <br />the above-mentioned channels, however, the Company shall <br /> <br />have full responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and <br />technical performance of the cable and related active and <br />passive electronics which carry said channels (excluding all <br />equipment owned and operated by the Commission or its <br />designee) for the term of the Franchise and any renewals <br />thereof. The Company shall provide to the Commission and <br />the Member Cities ninety (90) days written notice of any <br />proposed access channel realignment, and both parties hereby <br /> <br />reserve all rights available to them regarding such proposed <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
