MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NO. 66648-R <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into an <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, <br />for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />For the revision, maintenance, operation and <br /> <br />removal of Emergency Vehicle Traffic Control <br /> <br />Signal ~re-emption Systems by State forces on a <br /> <br />reimbursable basis at intersections in the City in <br /> <br />accordance with this agreement, a copy of which <br /> <br />was before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are <br />hereby authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for <br />and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations <br />contained therein. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />County of Ramsey <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true <br />and correct copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills at a duly authorized meeting <br />thereof held on the 29th day of January 1990, as <br />shown by the minutes of said meeting in mypossess'ion. <br /> <br />(Ci ty Seal) <br /> <br />_ Q.. 1f ~M_---___ <br />CitY~k-Admin strator <br />Gary R.
