<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-09 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT NO. 66650 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into an <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, <br />for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />To revise the existing traffic control signals with <br /> <br /> <br />street lights and signing, and install emergency <br /> <br /> <br />vehicle pre-emption on Trunk Highway No. 51 West <br /> <br /> <br />Ramps and East Ramps - Connelly Street at County <br /> <br /> <br />State Aid Highway No. 15 (County Road E) and on <br /> <br /> <br />Trunk Highway No. 694/Trunk Highway No. 10 North and <br /> <br /> <br />South Ramps at County State Aid Highway No. 51 <br /> <br /> <br />(Lexington Avenue), install interconnect on County <br /> <br /> <br />State Aid Highway No. 15 (County Road E) from Trunk <br /> <br /> <br />Highway No. 51 !Vest Ramps to pine Tree Drive, and on <br /> <br /> <br />County State Aid Highway No. 51 (Lexington Avenue) <br /> <br /> <br />from County State Aid Highway No. 15 (County Road E) <br /> <br /> <br />to County State Aid Highway No. 12 (County Road F) - <br /> <br /> <br />County Road F in accordance with the terms and <br /> <br /> <br />conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. <br /> <br /> <br />G6650, a copy of which was before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and <br />hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume <br />for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations <br />contained therein. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />County of Ramsey <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and <br />correct copy of a resolution presented to and adopted by the Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills at a duly authorized meeting thereof held <br />on the 29th day of Januarv 1990, as shown by the <br />minutes of said meeting in my possession. <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />C~l~~dministrator <br />Gary R.
