<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-08 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT <br />FOR HAZELNUT PARK BIKE TRAIL IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Arden <br />Hills on May 30, 1989, Ace Blacktop, Inc., of Inver Grove Heights, MN., <br />has satisfactorily completed the Hazelnut Park Bike Trail improvement in <br />accordance with such contract. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that <br />the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby <br />directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract in <br />the amount of $16,120.13, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 29th day of January, 1990. <br /> <br />""2 <br />::TY o~ : fV <br /> <br />Thomas R.
