<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT <br />FOR OAK AVENUE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Arden <br />Hills on May 8, 1989, Ro-So Contracting, of Centerville, MN., has <br />satisfactorily completed the Oak Avenue Storm Sewer improvement in <br />accordance with such contract. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council that <br />the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby <br />directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract in <br />the amount of $1,283.85, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />Adopted bv the Arden Hills City Council this 12th day of February, 1990. <br /> <br />em ~ <br />::TY OF E: HIrtJ{/ <br /> <br />Thomas ~.
