<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-06 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING JANUARY 20, 1990 AS EDMOND-OLLHOFF DAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Private First Class Paul R, Edmond and Corporal Walter L, <br />Ollhoff, were two area soldiers who served their country with distinction; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Private Edmond was killed in action on June 9, 1969 during the <br />Vietnam War; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Corporal Ollhoff was awarded many ribbons and medals during his <br />service in World War II. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills wishes to honor <br />these men for their contributions to our country. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, the Arden Hills City Council has proclaimed that January 20, <br />1990 is designated as Edmond-Ollhoff Day in the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the members of the newly instituted <br />Edmond-Ollhoff Veterans of Foreign Wars Post "2609 and Auxiliary will read <br />and present this Resolution to the families of these servicemen at their <br />Charter Dinner, <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 8th day of January, 1990, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />By I~/ ~nnm~~ ~ q~rho~ <br />Thomas R.
