<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 90-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Norwest Bank St. Paul, N.A. and the Firstar Roseville <br />Bank are depositories in which funds of the City of Arden Hills may be <br />deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in <br />effect authorizing the deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said <br />corporate resolution with the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, <br /> <br />1. Anyone of the following persons: <br /> <br />NAME <br />Frank C. Green <br />Paul L. Malone <br />Gary R, Berger <br /> <br />TITLE <br />Treasurer <br />Deputy Treasurer <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions by <br />telephone to the NORWEST BANK ST. PAUL, N,A., or the FIRSTAR ROSEVILLE <br />BANK to transfer funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> <br />(a) to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br /> <br />(b) to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> <br />2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic <br />instructions received by it from anyone who represents himself to be any <br />of the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembles the voice of <br />such person. <br /> <br />3. The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to <br />honor telephone instructions and to insist upon written instructions <br />signed by anyone of the persons named in paragraph 1 of this resolution. <br /> <br />Passed by the <br />January, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />Thomas R.
